An Opportunity has arisen within the Clyde Forensic Community Mental Health Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed experienced individual to join our services as Nurse Team lead, AFC Band7. The Nurse Team Lead will be responsible for effective, efficient management and leadership of the nursing component of an integrated community mental health team. They will also be instrumental in driving the governance and effectiveness agendas specific to their sphere of responsibility and ensuring that arrangements are in place which maximise patient safety and minimise risk.
The Nurse Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the organisational policies, procedures and guidelines are implemented and adhered to. They will also be responsible for ensuring the Nursing and Midwifery Council's code of practice is adhered to by registered nursing staff.
The shift pattern for this post is Mon-Fri- 09:00-17:00/30
