REED Marketing and Creative are currently working with a leading Manufacturing organisation based in Durham, who are looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Marketing Executive on a full-time and permanent basis.

The salary is £25,000 - £27,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies for both online and offline channels targeting both B2B and B2C customer segments.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, including technical literature.
  • Oversee and develop marketing campaigns.
  • Manage promotional activities.
  • Maintain websites and manage data analytics.
  • Manage campaigns on social media.
  • Coordinate internal marketing campaigns, including internal communications.
  • Carry out market research.
  • Create engaging and creative content for social media accounts.
  • Assist in the implementation of digital campaigns to drive online traffic.
  • Write targeted content for the company website and blog.
  • Database management.
  • Preparation of presentations.
  • Report on success by monitoring key metrics.
  • Research ideas for traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Product launch and project management.
  • Liaising with 3rd party vendors such as Amazon and e-Bay.
  • Direct production of product videos.

Candidate Requirements:
  • A degree in Marketing, or similar qualification.
  • Previous experience within a Marketing role, ideally in both print and digital media marketing.
  • Brand development experience.
  • Experience of developing communications and PR.
  • Some design skills and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and In Design is desirable.
  • Experience of using Premier Pro video software.
  • Knowledge of WordPress.
  • Good knowledge of social media and solution-based marketing.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
