A French speaking Support Analyst is required for a World Leading Media company based in central London.
As a Support Analyst you must have a deep interest in the media industry, alongside some form of academic or commercial experience. As a Product Support Analyst you will have a desire to work in media creation and should be able to discuss that with us during your interview, outlining what it is that you find particularly interesting or exciting about this type of role.
You will provide day-to-day support for all users of organisation's SaaS platforms and products. Liaising closely with various advertising stakeholders such as Creative Agencies, Media Agencies and Post Houses, as well as Broadcasters and Publishers you will provide excellent and measurable levels of Customer Success to ensure a high level of user experience to increase customer retention.
Fluent oral and written French and English
The successful Product Support Analyst needs to demonstrate a passion for technology and thrive on interacting with customers
Excellent support and troubleshooting skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to quickly build excellent relationships with managers, staff and external customers
Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
Experience of delivering Customer Success for SaaS service in a technology setting
Experience of the advertising/media industry
Working knowledge of Non Linear Editing software such as Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of encoding software and file formats
Media Communication Degree or similar experience or background
This is a fantastic position, full training is offered and it will give someone the chance to work within a leading media agency .
At present we offer full remote working , when we return to the office we would expect 2 days in the office
