our client based in Hitchin are recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join their busy team.
Your main responsibility will be to manage a number of engineers diaries, ensuring work is scheduled in a timely manner and on a priority basis.
You will be liaising with customers to ensure all maintenance is completed to their satisfaction as well as dealing with any queries and escalations where necessary.
Part of your role will also be to order materials and spare plants as required as well as engineers time sheets and general administration duties.Your Experience:
- Previous experience of scheduling engineers or technicians is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and IT skills.
- Be able to demonstrate where you have handled multiple enquiries, and worked within a fast paced environment.
- You will be highly organised and deliver excellent customer service skills at all times.
