The Company
Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a large business in their search for a Credit Control Manager. This is a newly created role that will manage a team of two and be focused within the care sector. The successful candidate will need previous managerial and credit control experience along with the ability to implement change and streamline processes.

The Role
This role will have a lot of responsibility and will require high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Some of the key tasks include:
  • Managing a team of two
  • Overall responsibility for the department
  • Attending weekly meetings with senior management to run through debtor report
  • Chasing both private and local authority clients
  • Implementing and streamlining processes and controls

The Person
  • Credit control experience
  • Care sector experience
  • Managerial experience (although those with extensive experience looking to take a step up may be considered)
  • High attention to detail and be extremely organised
  • The ability to demonstrate different approaches whilst chasing debt
  • Excellent communication skills
