I have a great opportunity for a Support Analyst to join an MSP in Central London. You will be required to come into the office twice a week. The support Analyst will be joining a team of 15 in the support team (11 remote and 4 onsite). The Support Analyst will contribute in supporting 60+ IT Support clients, troubleshooting their servers, infrastructure and applications.
You will have the great opportunity to learn new technologies, have continuous career progression and have the chance to work with over 60 clients on different projects.

- Good 1st line and desktop support experience
- Fully proficient with Windows 10, Active Directory and Office 365
- Extensive Networking/firewall experience
- Knowledge of virtualisation tools (VMWare etc.) and Microsoft Certifications (e.g MCSE) are highly beneficial
