My client is recruiting for a Service Desk Team leader who will be the IT escalation point across all areas of the business in relation to general IT support. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Desktop operating systems and Office 365 environment plus general maintenance of all IT related hardware & software.
As a senior member of the IT team, you will monitor the team's performance, ensuring all SLAs are adhered to and issues documented in accordance with company requirements. You will produce reports for senior management in relation to the teams performance.
You will help up-skill the team, acting as a mentor, training and developing their skills to ensure the best possible service provided.
