An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Complex Needs Service to work as a Nurse Team Leader; supporting the Nursing Team within a new and developing model. The Complex Needs Service works with individuals with multiple and complex health and social care needs within Glasgow City Centre. The post holder will support the Nursing Team to provide assessment, care and treatment to a high risk and vulnerable client group.
This post requires you to work as part of a Health & Social Care Partnership model and as a practitioner promote, provide and co-ordinate care in a variety of locations and with multiple partners and agencies. In addition to managing Nursing staff you will also be required to identify barriers and support / improve access to mainstream services. You will be a registered Mental Health Nurse with significant and relevant post registration experience. Experience working within community settings, homelessness and/or vulnerable client groups is essential.
