The Portfolio Sales Account Manager Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solvent Portfolio Account Manager to join our team based in our Widnes office on a 12-month temporary contract.

This is an office-based role in a fast moving and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will work with an agreed base of existing customers, proactively targeting new customers whilst also working in partnership with Sales & Product Management on core products within the portfolio and ensuring we achieve targeted growth in all areas.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

+ To deliver sustainable & ongoing growth.
+ Ability, desire & motivation to support and work as ‘one team’ within LCD with specific focus on the Solvents Product Portfolio.
+ To control customer sales attrition, grow trading customers and deliver on spot sales.
+ Activity management.
+ Salesforce (CRM sales tool) update and maintenance.
+ Q (Pricing tool) update and maintenance

What we are looking for:

+ A passion for selling, a desire to be successful, and the ability to build strong relationships internally and with customers.
+ You’ll show the necessary desires to learn to be a highly skilled salesperson.
+ Ideally you will have experience of managing existing accounts and identifying and gaining new business.
+ The ability to work effectively within all levels of the organisation is essential.
+ Having the flexibility and positive attitude towards teamwork is also a fundamental requirement.
+ You must be organised and able to prioritise with effective time management skills.
+ You’ll be proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail.
