A leading Coastal Legal 500 with multiple offices are expanding their Litigation team and are seeking a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join them in their busy Eastbourne office.
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will be responsible for a mixed case load including matters such as:
Business partnership disputes, Director disputes and shareholder disputes
Company and employee fraud
Disputes with customers (including warrantee claims)
Health and safety prosecutions
Landlord and tenant and possession proceedings/Property Disputes
Professional negligence claimsThe successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will offer the following skill set/background:
If a qualified Solicitor, be NQ-2 years PQE (ideally), or if an Executive, have extensive Commercial Litigation experience
Demonstrate a good technical knowledge (in line with your experience)
Be a keen team player with a "can do" attitude
Be commercially aware
Willing to learn
Be able to manage your own work (under supervision)
Be IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience of using CMSThe successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will be welcomed into a friendly team where staff are encouraged to ask questions in order to develop and grow.
