THE POSITION:

Associate Client Service Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Join an energetic and growing multidisciplinary team of healthcare communication professionals, developing innovative solutions to client challenges. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual with the ability to integrate into a strong team environment and play a key role ensuring effective delivery of a large number of concurrent and demanding projects. This is a full-time position based at our global head office in Cheshire, with flexible options for remote working.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•Support the project and financial management of multiple projects, driving them from brief to completion on time, to budget and aligned with overall accountpriorities

•Demonstratesoundfinancialacumenandknowledgeofprojectmanagementprocessestoaddressclient needs and deliver projectssuccessfully

•Lead client teleconferences, helping to build trusting and influential relationships with key clients and procurement teams, in addition to a wide range of externalexperts

•Ability to problem-solve effectively and makedecisions

QUALIFICATIONS:
