Our client based in Reading is looking for an Insurance Assistant to join them until the end of the year, this role will be remote but eventually candidates will be back in the office 3 days per week in Reading

Main responsibilities:

* Assist the Insurance Manager in the day-to-day management of the global insurance programme;

* Collaborate on the future development and strategic direction of the company's Insurance function;

* Help implement and manage the introduction of new insurance policy coverage, procedures and protocols across the company;

* Support the placement of cross-class renewal processes during the calendar year;

* Provide high quality data analysis and reporting in support of Insurance activities, including the development and maintenance of insurance data;

* Consolidate underwriting data and present in appropriate formats to brokers and advisors, whilst monitoring and collating new and ongoing data requirements;

* Responsible for managing premium allocation, invoicing and settlement, and issuance of certificates;

* Collate and review the accuracy of global insurance policy documentation

Experience required:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience of working in the insurance industry on global insurance programmes for a large multi-national corporate;

* Studying towards an insurance qualification (e.g. ACII, IRM) desirable;

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
