We are looking for a Service Manager to manage the service desk / engineering support department. You will be required to maintain a professional environment for the service team, increase customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships. After appropriate training, you will need to draw on knowledge of servicing, remedial work and fault diagnostic on Suction Excavators.
What are we looking for in a Service Manager?
Excellent listening and communication skills that allow you to understand, inform, help customers clearly and decisively.
Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a service department of 10+ team members.
In-depth knowledge of customer service software, databases and CRM tools.
Experience managing a workshop and stock control function, signing off on quality assurance checks.
