Your new company
A primary school based in North Solihull is looking for an Office Manager to join their dynamic school. This is a school which prides itself on providing an educational pathway for every child that is tailored towards their individual needs and aspirations. The role is a maternity cover and will be til April 2022, The role will be 8am to 4pm.
Your new role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be taking responsibility staff management, training and responsibility for single central records . You will also be responsible admissions, census and recruitment. You must hold schools and SIMs experience.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recognised management experience in all of the above areas. You will be a resilient individual with the ability to work under pressure and be able to meet conflicting deadlines. You will be an organised individual with the ability to manage different functions of the school as well as excellent communication skills (including written, oral and presentation skills). The school will consider a non-school background but candidates MUST be able to display proven experience in the above factors.
