Drury Healthcare Limited are a registered CQC service, rated good. Due to expansion we have an excellent opportunity for you to join a company that has a service user and staff focus as a Health Care Assistant. We are now looking to expand our friendly team, with experienced care staff.
Permanent Health Care Assistant Position:
Due to expansion and new contracts we are able to offer contracted & flexible hours to suit your work life balance as a Health Care Assistant. Full and part-time hours are available for AM shifts,7 am to 2pm and evening shifts 5pm to 10pm. The Health Care Assistant role involves personal care, medication, shopping, support in the community and reablement care.
We have a small and friendly team of staff that value our service users.
We offer all Health Care Assistant staff a NVQ/QCF qualification and a chance to develop within our growing company, on completion of their probationary period.
The successful Health Care Assistant candidates will work to the person-centred care plan with goals whilst promoting independence and choice.
The requirements of the Health Care Assistant role are as follows:
* Minimum of six months care experience
* Hold a full and valid UK driving licence with vehicle
* Have access to their own smart phone
