About the role:

As Delivery Manager, you will provide account management and leadership of designated accounts whilst delivering against retained client roadmaps and project managing small to medium scale projects as part of our multi-disciplinary team. We have vacancies at both mid and senior levels.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Attend and lead regular client meetings (At either our Witney offices, remotely via Teams, or on site with Clients) to capture and document briefs, and review account / project progress
+ Co-ordinate, lead and challenge a joined up multi-disciplinary internal team of experts to scope projects covering web builds, performance driven solution changes (SEO, UX, CRO), digital marketing, and ongoing support and maintenance
+ Manage all aspects of the delivery of enhancements, from small to medium sized build projects, change requests, ongoing solution roadmaps and where necessary campaign management
+ Provide expertise and good decision making across multiple work streams to ensure the successful and effective project delivery to time, budget and scope
+ Be responsible for overall account and project planning with efficient team scheduling meeting set quality and delivery KPIs
+ Diligently control and own the end-to-end delivery process balancing profitability and quality, risk and change, retainers, monitoring progress, scoping documentation, and status reports

About You:

+ You will have experience leading medium-large scale projects and/or accounts, with knowledge of search, web development, CMS and/or ecommerce, solution road-mapping, and ongoing reporting via analytics
+ Digital Agency experience at a mid-level is vital
+ Comfortable with digital delivery terminology, functionality and using CMS and/or eCommerce platforms such as Kentico, Umbraco, Sitecore, and/or Episerver/Optimizely
+ Proficient at gaining a deep understanding of client objectives, and 'Getting Stuff Done'
+ Great communication skills and confidence liaising with both internal and external stakeholders across varying platforms
+ You should feel comfortable writing excellent documents including Statements of Work (SoWs)
+ Experience leading and mentoring a team
+ Demonstrable evidence of building long-term relationships with clients
