Location - Flexible remote working, will be required to be in their very cool London office a couple of days a week.
They need people with a desire, and a passion to help their clients grow their business. They are at the beginning of a significant growth journey and are looking for experienced Planner/Buyers with expertise in direct response marketing, ideally specialists in inserts & letterbox media, to join their growing team and bring their skills and expertise to a roster full of clients all looking for you to make an impact on their media plans and deliver customer acquisitions
Main responsibilities include the following:
Have experience from previous roles in planning and buying insert and/or letterbox media.
Are used to having responsibility for the management of several accounts, comfortable with data handling and KPI's reporting.
Have outstanding client service skills and are adept at building and maintaining longstanding relationships.
Can roll up your sleeves and get involved when required, whether it's your job or not.
Understand how communication, delegation, self-awareness, and goal setting make you a great manager and inspire others around you to deliver great work.
Can tell a good story and can take clients on a journey through your response to briefs.
Have experience of managing, developing, and coaching junior team members through to valuable experts.
Are confident and comfortable with Microsoft Office. Outlook. Teams. Excel & PowerPoint
Have used systems like Ad Dynamix, MediaTel, TGI
Are highly numerate with the ability to work diligently with numbers and data.
for the Ideal candidate they will posses the following:
Experience in one or more print media channel - Door Drops, Inserts, Direct Mail and Press
Experience in systems such as Ad Dynamix, MediaTel, TGI and Concept or similar accounting software
Understand media terminology and concepts
Experience of media buying processes and client service
