As Associate Director, you will influence and lead our Service Delivery Team's strategic direction and operational performance. You will own the operational delivery of repairs, empty homes and M&E services across the business, ensuring it is run in a commercially efficient way and our homes are safe. In addition, you will have significant people responsibility and ensure the Bromford DNA is embedded so colleagues feel Bromford is a Great Place to Work.

You will already be an inspirational leader with substantial experience delivering a successful multi-location repairs and maintenance team. Ideally, you will bring your knowledge and influencing skills to lead and develop the team to ensure strategic outcomes are met.

We are looking for someone who has:

Significant experience leading a successful multi-location repairs and maintenance team
In-depth understanding of regulations and frameworks of homes standards
Full CIOB membership
Significant business acumen
Proven experience in building and developing an effective senior team
A flexible attitude
A full UK driving licence.This is a roaming role and can be based from any of our main offices in Wolverhampton (WV10), Tewkesbury (GL20) or Chipping Sodbury (BS37) and will involve travel across our geography.

A basic DBS and consumer check will be completed, if appointed to this role.
