Protocol Education are currently recruiting special needs teaching assistants to work in a state of the art special needs school located in Croydon to start from August 2021 for the full academic year with a view to go permanent. This outstanding school will be offering extensive training to all candidates helping prepare them before students start the new academic year. As a special needs school you will have the opportunity to work with students with special needs that include autism, severe learning difficulties and varying levels of challenging behaviour, ranging from early years to year 8. In addition, to enable a more focused level of learning, class sizes are reduced and cater to 6 - 8 students per class.
