Payroll Administrator, Glasgow, Salary £21,000+ DOE
You understand what it takes to meet the bespoke needs of your clients, whatever the circumstances and you do everything possible to ensure every payroll is completed to the highest level of service, regardless of the complications.
You possess an up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and legislative changes.
You enjoy the responsibility of working on your own portfolio of clients, taking ownership and leading on client relationship management.
Working within a growing team, you will be responsible for large volume payrolls, with a variety of end-to-end requirements.
What will the day to day look like?
Full end to end processing on various frequencies
Efficiently completing all payroll administration to a high standard
Handling client queries, confidently and with a high level of success
Providing training to clients on all aspects of PAYE
Updating internal systems with relevant information
Ensuring reporting deadlines are met
Are you who we are looking for?
You must have experience dealing with multiple and varied payrolls
Be confident handling high volumes and working to strict deadlines
Have up to date knowledge of payroll legislation, tax and NI
Be comfortable managing your own workflow and taking the lead with your clients
