Customer Service Administration Job, Leamington Spa

An ever growing and established business in Leamington Spa is looking for dedicated and hard working people to join its friendly team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be managing customer applications to the business, taking phone calls and responding to emails regarding the applications. You will process payments, log information accurately on the system and liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This role is on a shift pattern Monday - Sunday between 8am to 10pm.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a telephony based role and excellent administrative skills. You will need to be able to take initiative and work efficiently in order to support the busy team. A background in finance is desirable but not essential, and you need to have strong IT skills.
