Celsian Education are currently working in partnership with a secondary school based in North Birmingham who are seeking to appoint a qualified secondary teacher, responsible for teaching Food Technology to mixed ability groups of pupils aged 11 to 16 years (Key stage 3 and 4).

We require an exceptional classroom practitioner with the passion and experience of teaching Food Technology at KS3 - 4. This is a full-time position to start September 2021 on a temporary basis. You will be required to plan, deliver, assess, and mark work. You will have the opportunity to contribute to an exciting curriculum, which will help motivate students to achieve beyond their potential.
To be successful for this role, you will have excellent subject knowledge of Food Technology at KS3 and 4 and hold qualified teacher status (QTS / QTLS). You will ideally have a valid enhanced DBS check on the update service as well as being able to provide a minimum of 2 x references to cover the last 2 years of your employment history.
