Full time permanent role based in Guildford, however, the client is also happy to consider a interim temp to cover for upto 6 months, which can be based remotely.
To input client cash transactions, on the day of receipt, according to Solicitor's Accounts Rules (SAR)
To prepare cheques and wire transfer payments to clients ready for authorisation
To administer the client disbursement purchase ledger system and assist with the development/streamlining of financial procedures
Provide all Financial and associated administrative services to the LLP
Ensure operation of an efficient office and client cash handling system
Ensure the Firm complies with SAR
Provide Principals with timely, relevant management information
Ensure all Accounting and reporting requirements of the LLP are complied withRequirements:
This role requires someone with high drive and energy, plus a working knowledge of the SAR, to ensure that client ledgers are up to date, accurate and SAR compliant
The applicant will be expected to participate in the development and implementation of new and improved accounting procedures throughout the Firm
Demonstrable experience of legal cashiering and SAR
