Hays Education are seeking to recruit exceptional Teaching Assistants to expand our local pool of class teaching assistants in the London Borough of Newham. We welcome all teaching assistants with various background and experience available starting now and in September 2021.

What the ideal candidate will need to be successful:
A minimum of 60 days of experience working as a Teaching Assistant in Secondary School in UK
Experience supporting students with Special Needs/EAL/BESD and willingness to promote inclusion
Strong Classroom Management Skills
Confident with UK National Curriculum and all key subjects
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
