Our Multi National client are seeking a Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis!
Role Overview

The role of the Contract Administrator is to assist in ensuring the smooth running and operation of the Contract. Keeping up to date with all files, correspondence, invoicing, PPM and KPI duties etc. Your role will be to provide administrative support covering finance, purchasing, maintenance and general support to the Op's teams as and when required.

Monday to Friday
8am-5pm
£12 per hour + holiday pay
Paid weekly every Friday
Temp to Perm positionDaily Overview

Purchase Orders & Receipt Orders in Coupa (Reactive, PM & Quoted Works)
Keep relationship with Suppliers and Sub-contractors
Run daily Third-Party Report
Chase and manage all Third-Party outstanding faults and progress through to completion
System and Process Training
Auditing of CAFM system
Raising purchase orders in COUPA and necessary reports, ensuring all supplier invoices are accurately and efficiently processed in accordance with company policies and procedures
Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors, chasing outstanding works and invoices
