You need to operate when in-store in a very disciplined and professional manner and alongside customer service you have other avenues of talent that can assist the smooth running of the store.
These could be as varied as: visual merchandising, wider initiative taking to generate store interest, an aptitude to network and engage with out-of-store clientele needing response dialogue through social media, or handling eCommerce inquiries with matched authorised stockist efficiency.
First impressions are always important in such an emporium setting - so it is a requirement to be attired in smart business dress and to similarly project a level of articulation that is polite, courteous, and innately knowledgeable underscored by always appreciating that 'customers are king'.
All within the business will need to adhere to strict store operational procedures to ensure that all within and visiting do so in the most secure and safe manner whilst ensuring all merchandise remains pristine ready for sale condition.
