Customer Support Representative - Fintech (Japanese)
Our client, a global leader in the finance industry, is seeking for a number of highly motivated and technically astute individuals to join their busy customer support team based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to join a global organisation in a forward thinking fintech environment with opportunities to grow and progress.
Successful candidates will be part of a dynamic, driven and solution focused team who are passionate about providing an exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be in charge of the installation, connection, hardware management and workflow support for a broad range of clients operating in industries such as Capital Markets, Asset Management and Financial Services.
Relevant qualifications are not a requirement as an intensive 8 week training will be provided, however a demonstrable interest in technology or financial markets is crucial. Building a rapport with clients is also an essential part of the role and applicants must have very strong communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fluent Japanese language skills in addition to English
A proven interest in Finance and Technology
Technically minded with an obvious enthusiasm for technology
Motivated and enthusiastic personality with the desire to learn and develop within the organisation
Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service through interactive media (live chat, phone calls)
Desire to develop skills and experience in customer service in a fast-paced FinTech environment
