Residential Property Solicitor | Residential Property Associate - Central London

This highly reputable and progressive law firm are seeking Residential Property Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE to join their office in London. The residential property team handle first rate, HNW and complex matters and this role will join a busy team offering Partner level support and real career progression opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-known law firm and an excellent, high end specialist, residential property team.

This organisation has a superb reputation in the market; a firm with a high retention rate that actively promotes from within. The Property team are looking to appoint a dynamic, highly personable, and articulate lawyer to join their team. The team typically handles high quality, high value work and this role will work closely with a Partner, managing your own caseload of work whilst assisting on more complex matters.

You will join a friendly, dynamic, and busy team; this office has further growth planned. Due to the current situation this role is fully home based, however the firm will be looking to return to the office when the situation allows. The firm will still encourage some flexible and remote working, as they did pre-pandemic.

You will deal with a broad residential conveyancing caseload which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and Leasehold work.

The successful candidate will be an NQ to 3 years PQE Property lawyer with a real interest in developing their long term careers in Residential Property. You will have excellent academics and likely have trained at a highly regarded City or National law firm.
