A leading Life & Pensions organisation is looking to hire an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join the company's HR Technology & Analytics team in the Group HR Function to partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to capture business requirements, design and undertake analysis to meet business demand and improve services, leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud and other strategic HR technologies.
- Have an Oracle HCM Cloud accreditation
- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data to brainstorm, evaluate and test solutions and alter course as appropriate
- Have the ability to consult and deliver messages to senior stakeholders in a clear & precise manner and managing conflicting opinions and different perspectives.
- Have experience of identifying and embedding process improvements to deliver an outstanding candidate, colleague and hiring manager experience
- Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
- Ability to learn quickly, have self-awareness of strengths and development areas.
- Being able to cope within a business area that is ever changing and therefore evolving and shaping the role to meet the needs while maintaining high levels of performance.
