Job description:

Description of the Business Line or Department
This role is an Apprentice role.
The Kleinwort Hambros Client Solutions Group office will be responsible for development and implementation of the overall CSG proposition business strategy. We achieve this though providing business critical insights using research and data analytics, ensuring cross functional alignment of strategic goals and execution, and helping teams drive strategic initiatives forward, including reporting, project management and supporting the wider team.
We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives through data analysis and monitoring, intelligent planning, project oversight, creating productive relationships with the wider business to optimise business performance.
Summary of the key purposes of the role
The primary purpose of the role is to support the Business Strategy team to develop strategic business plan by;
- data reporting and analytics
- Supporting and building tools to support data and reporting analysis
- project management support
- Assisting on the production of presentations and reports
- external research and insight production including market intelligence

Summary of responsibilities
* Quantitative data analytics support and presentation of findings
- Provide quantitative data support by reviewing and analysing internal data
- Translate data analysis into preparation of management presentations / reports
- Provide solutions as required from the data analysis
- Situational data modelling as required
- Review data analysis tools and provide recommendations to improve these tools

* Project Management support
- tracking of actions and timelines against the strategic plan
- Coordinating strategic review plan meetings, taking actions and following up o action points as required
- Develop relevant metrics and create strategic project management tracking dashboards
- Budget tracking and analysis

* External competitor analysis
- Review external competitor behaviour and market data
- present overall external insight analysis and comparisons through the production of reports and presentations

* Perform all duties in accordance with the principles outlined in the SG Code of Conduct, as well as the policies and procedures relevant to your responsibilities, to ensure that you adhere to a culture that treats clients fairly and focuses on the long term sustainability of client relationships
* Complete all work and learning as part of the SG data fellowship apprenticeship programme

Knowledge & Experience:

* Can express a passion for the data and digital industry, and development of internal strategies
* Digital media experience desirable
Education
* Educated to degree standard (a degree of a quantitative nature is desirable)
