Calibre Search are looking to speak with experienced Stock Condition Surveyors for a local and growing Consultancy based in the Northern Outskirts of Manchester.

This is a perm role where you will be part of a growing team of experienced construction professionals who all offer a range of services in Building Surveying, Project Management, Architecture and design engineering.

Their primary focus is the residential market working on behalf of some highly reputable housing trusts as well as working on potentially commercial led properties for Private Investors across the North West and East of England.

Requirements/Duties

Competent, trained and experienced in undertaking stock condition surveys.
Experience of using software for data collection
Condition surveys on individual properties, blocks and other non-housing assets, and;
Asses hazards for compliance with the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
Experience and competent in domestic energy assessment collection and lodgement
Building or construction related qualification Degree or HNC level
Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (ideally)
