Associate Sustainability Consultant

Our client, a multi-disciplined Property and Management Consultancy, with offices throughout the UK, are on the lookout for an Associate Sustainability Consultant to join their technical team based in Liverpool. They offer a range of services across sectors with projects across the UK.
Some of the duties of this Associate Sustainability Consultant role will include:
Full management of environmental assessments of buildings
Develop the Circular Economy Strategies for buildings, including the development of LCA (Life Cycle Assessments)
Provide consultancy advice on sustainability and energy issues, such as; ESOS, Energy Statements, Water Efficiency, Health and Wellbeing, Waste and Net Zero Cabron (NZC)
Attend projects meeting as required, and maintain excellent client and delivery team relationships
Maintain and develop a professional knowledge of energy, carbon and sustainability technologies, processes and legislation and the impact on clientsTo be considered for this Associate Sustainability Consultant role, you will ideally:
Have at least 7 years' experience in a similar role
Have a proven track record in delivering Environmental Certification for Buildings (BREEAM/LEED/WELL/SKA/etc.)
Hold a good level of knowledge and understanding of energy and sustainability planning policy
Have an excellent understanding of Net Zero Carbon standards
Have good practical experience with energy-efficient building design and specification
