Are you a Cover Supervisor looking for your next role in Birmingham? Perhaps you have a Sports Coach background and wish to gain more secondary school classroom experience?

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting cover supervisors to work in a variety of secondary schools across Birmingham and surrounding areas this September. This includes daily supply and full-time, long-term roles. Tradewind pay the highest cover supervisor daily rates in the market £65 - £80 per day dependant on your experience.

If you live in the Great Barr, Smethwick, Handsworth, Erdington, Moseley, Kings Heath, Bournville, Kings Norton, Selly Oak, Small Heath or anywhere in and around the Birmingham area you are in a great commuting distance to drive or catch public transport to many of our secondary schools who are seeking additional cover supervisor support as soon as secondary schools are back to full capacity.

You will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4, helping them to access the curriculum and avoiding disruption to others in the classroom.

To join us and be successful in this Cover Supervisor role you will need to:

Have minimum qualifications of 5 GCSE passes at C Grade or above, including Maths and English.
Have previous experience working with 11-16 year olds
Have a positive attitude and desire to work in education
Have confidence managing behaviour within a classroom setting
Be a passionate and hard-working individual, with the capacity to work with a variety of ability students.
