A Good school in Enfield (EN3) is seeking to appoint an experienced Fully Qualified Primary School Teacher for an academic year covering Maternity. The position is for a Year 6 Teacher working alongside the current staff members. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner able to consistently deliver high quality lessons on a daily basis in line with the national curriculum. You will need to be experienced of doing Y6 SAT's and have good positive behaviour management as the cohort is not for the faint hearted. The 85 pupils will be split into 4 classes to separate pupils so classes will be smaller.
To be successful in this role you must:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) NQTs will be considered. Have experience delivering the Upper KS2 curriculum. (Especially Year 6). Experience in dealing with Year 6 SATs. Good positive behaviour management. Have the ability to stretch and challenge pupils in a variety of topics. Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one. Be able to provide two up to date education references.
