Our client based in Milton Keynes are seeking an experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager to help to promote their company as a great place to work. You will do this by creating engaging content for their job roles.
Your responsibilities will include reaching out online and offline communities to promote their company and open jobs, writing job descriptions, adding them onto social media and job boards as well as inhouse recruitment. Enrich their careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials, Develop content that illustrates life at work (for example, blog posts, videos and infographics)
This role is to help support their volume recruitment campaign. The role can be part time hours or full time hours dependant upon the suitable person and will be a temporary contract between 3 - 6months.
Hours of work between Monday to Friday - flexible working days. Excellent pay rate dependant upon experience.
