Do you have experience of processing Purchase Ledger Invoices?

Do you have access to your own vehicle?

My client based on the remote outskirts of Tonbridge are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support them with on-going temporary support .

The ideal Purchase Ledger Clerk would need to be able to show experience with the below duties:

• Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices

• Checking purchase orders against good received notes

• Posting and allocating payments made to the ledger

• Amending invoices with recharges

• Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made

• Prepare payment runs
