Senior Experience Designer
A global powerhouse within the coffee industry is looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join their team on a 5 month contract - The role will be onboarded remotely, before eventually joining the team in London.
About the role
As part of the Global Digital Centre of Excellence, you'll work closely with markets and use your skills to define and design best in class digital experiences across all of our touchpoints. You'll be a self-starter who has experience in creating global experiences that can flex locally. From 'MVP' to 'North Star Vision', you'll help the team bring to life the user experience and help shape the roadmap iterations at pace.
Your role will include:
Designing best in class, multi-platform (web, app, kiosk) consumer centric digital loyalty experiences for key international markets.
Applying a global lens to digital experiences to ensure they scale in wider international markets.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to pool shared knowledge and expertise to create efficient and effective consumer experiences.
Supporting the Senior Manager in driving consistency and continuity of user experiences across global digital channels regardless of IT solution.
Applying a 'mobile first' approach to user experience design, catering for a local market's top used channels and devices.
Presenting engaging concepts, prototypes and design recommendations to project teams and business stakeholders to generate excitement and align on direction.About you
You're a senior level designer, who has created effective consumer centric digital experiences for global brands across international markets. You may have done this in-house or whilst working for an agency. Either way, you'll be able to show us a portfolio of work that demonstrates the breadth of your experience in digital product design and user experience.
Strong knowledge of best practice UX/UI design and Lean UX principles.
Expertise in creating lo-fidelity designs and transforming them into hi-fidelity designs, with a designers' eye for detail.
Experience of working with global brands and designing web/app digital experiences for multiple international markets.
Broad understanding of how to use design software, prototyping and user testing tools (Miro, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, UserTesting).
Experience of creating and/or contributing to design systems.
Familiarity with user experience design sprints and service design sprints.
Good experience of documenting/building consumer journey maps.
History of working in fast paced, cross-functional Agile delivery teams (Scrum and Kanban).
