A Global Energy Company in London are looking to take on an IT Change Manager under their Change and Transformation team in acting as the focal point and lead authority for organisational design across NEPCs.
IT Change Manager Responsibilities:
Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, the successful IT Change Manager will be responsible for analysing the current roles which apply to NEPCs, documenting the generic blueprint of how the various support tiers are distributed and design TOM's for new NEPC roles to show how these fit with the existing clients IT organisation. You'll be actively participating in major change projects within the IT team and playing a pivotal role in driving organisational change.
IT Change Manager Requirements:
In order to be successful in the role, we're looking for a Change Manager who can demonstrate the following:
Experience in driving complex change projects, especially integrations of newly acquired companies
Extensive knowledge of technologies, and frameworks (e.g. ITCF, ITSM, CBCM, ServiceNow, S&TM etc)
Background of working in an Agile environment
Solid understanding of the energy renewables and NE space
