Head of Product Marketing - SaaS
Salary: £70-75,000 + bonus + benefits
Our Client's solutions provide transformational software and services to organisations operating within highly regulated industries such as aviation, financial services, life science, healthcare and manufacturing.
They build delightful user experiences on the web, desktop and mobile, helping their clients to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance and oversight and anticipate and manage every detail of risk.
Their APIs and integrations enable their clients to improve the customer experience when using the many tools that form their connected workplace.

You are a charismatic thought leader who, working with your peers, will shape and position their software products to achieve aggressive business growth targets.
You will lead a team of product managers to deliver and position best in class solutions across a number of Products.
As they look to accelerate the evolution of their solutions, this is a super exciting time to join and lead the Product team. Your success will be critical for future sales growth, their strategy of business centric R&D, customer success and our desire to be a destination employer.
You will develop and implement product strategies (product roadmaps, positioning and goto‐market plans) that enable the business to achieve its ambitious revenue growth plan. You will help to champion the overall product vision and strategy across the business and with our clients.
The product roadmaps will be:
* Commercialised - bound to future revenue goals
* Competitive - anticipating customer and market requirements
* Visionary - reflecting emerging technology trends
(PRM) relationship management with strategic accounts for input to roadmap and strategy
Customer events, mini user groups, roadmap focus groups and workshops
Presales support on big ticket opportunities

Product (Business) Assurance
Run the life cycle
Engage with colleagues in Support, Delivery, Dev, TS, Sales and Marketing
Support your Product Managers in prioritising development roadmaps
Engage with TPO, R&D and Development to track progress and support delivery
Work with the marketing team on the commercialisation of solutions
Commercialise the product strategy against future revenue goals
Align Roadmap and Go To Market strategy
Engage with sales and account managers, consultants and support engineers
Thought leadership and market engagement

Degree educated or equivalent
You are an experience B2B SaaS Product leader, or Senior Product Manager looking to move into a leadership position
You are already a domain expert and thought leader in B2B SaaS solutions and recognise the importance of balancing user-experience and transparency with security and efficiency, particularly in highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of delivering solutions for highly regulated industries
Experience of finding valuable problems to solve by talking to customers, interpreting user research and / or analysing product analytics data
Exposure/knowledge of hypothesis formulation, AB testing and statistical significance
Charismatic thought leader
Emotional intelligence and ability to influence and inspire others
Project management and experience running virtual teams
Market research and analysis
Experience working with or knowledge of web technologies including HTML5 and REACT. Native mobile and/or desktop applications experience is a plus
Experience of product delivery in within Agile development teams
Knowledge of Aha! or similar Product Management tools a plus
