Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, this will be a very much "hands" on pro-active role carrying out a varying scope of planned preventative electrical maintenance and breakdown resolution across a range of equipment and facilities within an industrial setting.
Improvement projects comprising of new installations/testing of facilities and machinery. Completing PPM activities of factory services and supporting new installations of plant, offices, and miscellaneous equipment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role with an extensive understanding of a factory environment, with the ability to identify potential problems and advise on the corrective course of measures.
A focused team player with a strong character, the aim of further improving the department, creative and the ability to convey their own ideas to the department.
It is expected that you shall have had a time served the UK recognised apprenticeship in Electrical Installation / Maintenance.
Possess 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulation certification, test and inspect, and have experienced a post apprenticeship industrial electrical maintenance role.
Experience in installation, office, and industrial preferred.
Pay Type - Weekly in arrears
Days (08:00-17:00) (40 hours per week)
28 days holiday inc. stat, rising by 1 day after the completion of the holiday calendar year
