Electrical Maintenance Engineers

The client in question was established in 1999 and are professionals in the market they cater to. The specialise in various sectors including process and utilities to nuclear, urban regeneration, transport and logistics. Over the years they have worked with major blue chip companies, through to small, owner operated businesses.
Due to continued success during 2020 and early 2021 they are currently in need of an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Engineers who have a strong knowledge of working within an Industrial backdrop. Doing all types of electrical maintenance work.
Requirements of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
*Academically qualified to B-Tec or NVQIII minimum in a relevant discipline
*Holder of 17th OR 18th edition (industrial) IEE Regs
*Demonstrate good knowledge of mechanical, Hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.
*Working knowledge of PLC's (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
*Experience working with electrical drives
*Overhead crane maintenance experience is important.
*Self-motivated and willing to learn and adapt
*Working knowledge of Health & Safety.
*Needs to be able to work unsupervised.
*Must be capable of working with vibrating tools and heavy components.
*High standard of verbal and written communication skills is required.
*Please note the role requires you to work a 38-hour 4 shift work pattern (rotating) of 5 Days (07.30am to 3.30pm) 5 mornings (6am to 2pm) 5 afternoons (2pm to 10pm) and 4 nights (Mon-Thur 10pm to 6am)
