Mobile Operator Program Manager

A global powerhouse within the social media industry is looking for Mobile Operator Program Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract - The role will be onboarded remotely before eventually joining the team in London.

As a Program Manager, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage program schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will play a key role in defining and driving impactful client partnerships, solving complex product problems and building programs and infrastructure and drive growth across the platform.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The candidate will possess superior analytical skills and the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management. The candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with the Product, Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Engineering teams to develop new ways we can improve the mobile identity experiences.


Understand and manage cross functional program inter-dependencies to achieve program objectives
Measure and report program metrics / KPIs and lead continuous improvement.
Program manage operational and deal reviews, quickly understanding context, issues, risks and bring to resolution in ambiguous situations
Keep regional and product stakeholders regularly informed of program progress, risk identification / mitigation and issue identification / resolution
Use data to optimise processes and create playbooks for teams to execute. Identify infrastructure/system improvements to improve internal efficiency
Collaborate with regional partnership leads to maximise new business opportunities towards creating more efficient deal and delivery processes Qualifications

6+ years of experience in an operations, business development, strategy & operations, management consulting, general manager role
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills
Comfortable analysing data to make decisions and highly proficient in Excel
Experience driving both short and long-term initiatives to completion within specified timelines and cross-functional teams
Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organisational levels and with cross-functional partners
