Job Title: Central Operations Support Manager
Salary: 28- 33k
Hours: Full time - Flexible working (Office Mon, Tues and Fri - Home working Weds & Thurs)
My client based in Bristol who are one of the leading brands in hospitality are looking for a Central Operations Support Manager to join their team. Your main objective would be to support the Operations Director & Operation Managers with booking systems, licenses, reporting and many other duties.
Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:
Drive continual improvements and processes
Support the Operations Director and multiple Operations Managers
Manage booking systems
Pulling analytical data and reporting
Managing and updating licenses
Food & safety management
POS Equipment management
Organising and communicating to make sure all compliance is met
Supporting & working closely with the Finance, Marketing & Commercial teams
Experience and skills required for this position:
Ideally would suit someone who has worked as either - PA/EA, Analyst, Office Manager, Operations/Facilities
Desirable - Has worked in the hospitality sector
Strong Analytical and reporting skills
Extremely organised & a team player
Able to work in a fast paced environmentNext steps:
