Our Client is a growing lettings and property management company operating in Dartford, and due to their sustained growth they are now looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their growing finance team to handle their extensive residential portfolio.
This role is office based with free parking
Job Description As the Sales Ledger Assistant reporting into the Group Management Accountant based from the Dartford office you will be responsible for:
Cashbook / Sales Ledger Producing sales application and invoices accurately and in timely manner Setting up new clients Posting daily receipts Banking Recording credit card transactions Chasing up outstanding debts occasionally Provide support in other areas of the accounts department as and when required
The Successful Applicant
* Previous Sales Ledger experience
Good working knowledge of Excel Establishing good relation and communications with all members of staff and responding politely in timely fashion both to internal and external customers.
