Our consultants headhunt and network within Life Science, Medical and Industrial markets, recruiting for specialist, senior level positions globally. We've grown from a team of 9 to over 75 and counting since beginning in 2013, and have lots of big plans to continue our growth.

We're looking for someone to join our internal marketing function, in a newly-created and pivotal role as a Content Marketer. You'll become a key link between our marketing and sales functions, ensuring content is maximised to its commercial potential and brings return on investment. No industry stands to benefit more from increased collaboration between sales and marketing than recruitment.
You'll work closely with all of our teams and consultant to manage commercial strategy surrounding content, including developing and implementing, as well as ensuring individual consultants are getting the most from the content they're involved with.
You'll be creating engaging content as well as getting involved with a variety of other digital marketing functions to ensure impact and success! The first 3 months will have a lot of training about the way we work but after that, the function is yours. We'll set goals and milestones along the way but deciding how you do it is on you.
We're looking for at least 1-3 years' marketing experience with a B2B focus, in a similar industry to us would be great, but we're open on this. You'll be excited by a strategic and commercially focussed marketing role, and be a great copywriter with lots of ideas to create exciting content! You'll appreciate that every word, image, clip and shot needs to earn its place.
