We are searching for a proven client services specialist, with a background in experience design. This is an agile position, with a wonderful mix of strategy, hands on delivery and new business. The role is based in London or Bristol (hybrid) working for an internationally recognised UX focused design consultancy.
The experience we need.
We expect this candidate to have reached Senior Account Director, Group Account Director or similar with a digital environment. Have a background in UX /experience design is going to be essential, alongside a proven track record of growing and nurturing accounts. You will be a confident presenter and new business spotter, as well as strategically sound. You will have a through understanding of the UX field. An added bonus would be experience within the Financial Services sector.
You will lead in setting the growth strategy across key accounts. You will understand the deep issues facing your clients and provide a clear roadmap to solve their business problems. Working alongside different business units you will build a robust pipeline of business.
With a base in Bristol and London, this consultancy have a hybrid working environment and brilliant work life balance. They have been at the forefront of innovation across UX for well over 15 years years.
What you'll get in return.
The salary for this role will reach £75k in London and likely a little less if based in Bristol. The full benefits can be explained with myself during the qualification process.
