You will join a full-service B2B agency that was literally set up to break away from the norms of standard agencies. I'm talking, the crazy deadlines, the 24/7 working, the stress, the lack of team spirit - POOF, a thing of the past. There are currently 9 people in the business, you would make number 10. Working from home, for a small company that packs a punch, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best and to work alongside colleagues that genuinely work together as a team, to get it right for their clients.

What will you do as the Digital Marketing Account Manager, I hear you ask?
  • Managing client projects, ensuring they stay on track to deadlines and within budgets.
  • Taking briefs from clients and liaising with the design team on the generation of the full marketing mix: branding, websites, digital marketing, video, infographics, powerpoint slides, podcasts etc.
  • Leading on client meetings, generating new ideas and creating content plans.
  • Writing content, mainly blogs and email campaigns.
  • Overseeing podcast and video recordings and photoshoots.
  • Proofreading all copy and ensuring all design work aligns with the brief and brand guidelines.

Your hours will be Mon - Thurs, 8.45AM - 5.15PM with an earlier finish of 4.45PM on a Friday - and beer o'clock from 4.15PM! You will work from the comfort of your own home, with full equipment provided. The team meets up for quarterly social events and they have Teams meetings every morning and catch up regularly throughout the day - you'll never feel like you're on your own.

What will you need to be the next Digital Marketing Account Manager:

You will need at least 4 years' experience within a Digital Marketing role involving account/project management. You must have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple plates spinning whilst working across different clients.

Although the role is WFH, due to the location of the business' clients, you will need to be based within a reasonable vicinity of Cheshire, ideally around Greater Manchester, Staffordshire, Sheffield or Buxton. There is likely to be a need to travel only a maximum of twice a month to visit clients in the North-West area, the rest of your client meetings will be virtual.
