Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanning Administrator to join a Wealth Management practice in Hambledon, Hampshire.
This Chartered firm is looking for an experienced Paraplanning Administrator to join and support their team of Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.
As a Paraplanning Administrator you will be supporting the Paraplanners and Advisers with a wide range of administrative tasks and responsibilities where you will assist with a High-Net-Worth client base.Duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Support and liaise with Paraplanners and Advisers
- Send Letters of Authority and obtain any discharge forms
- Maintain and manage internal systems, chase ceding scheme providers and prepare critical yield calculators
- Liaise with Clients, Advisers and Providers daily
- Salary up to £24,000
- Exam support
- Quarterly bonus
- Relevant IT system training
