I am working exclusively with a large manufacturing business who operate out of the east midlands (with offices all over the place!) and with national reach on an Interim HR Change Manager role, on an initial 12 month FTC.
This position will lead and project manage a number of significant change projects working closely with a variety of divisions.
This position will be responsible for all change related activity for a companywide programme, you will be involved in all elements of the project including - data reporting, strategic thinking and potentially creating and delivering trainings. You will embed the change in line with the company objectives, and not only manage the due diligence elements of change but also the communications and engagement strategy surrounding the transformation.
