A newly created role with a London Market insurance company. You will be accountable for the credit control function within the IBA department; organising, planning and implementing strategy and maximizing efficiency. Responsibilities will include coaching, mentoring and developing staff, motivating employees to perform well, managing projects, monitoring workloads, producing and analysing MI on the credit control function, and ensuring that IBA resource growth plans can be achieved. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role in the Lloyd's market for an MGA or Broker and will have a proven track record of managing teams of at least 5-7 staff within an IBA/Credit Control function.
